About: Liza McKilliam
Liza grew up in Kenmore where her father was a leading Real Estate Agent and Developer in the 60’s and 70’s. As a result she feels part of the industry. "It's in my bones and I love it." she says. Having lived and worked both interstate and overseas, she chooses to base her family in an idyllic garden in Kenmore … her favourite part of the world.
Awarded ‘Qld Rookie of the Year’ in her first 12 months in Real Estate six years ago, Liza has now been named in the Top Ten agents for RE/MAX Australia and the Top Five in Queensland.
Liza credits her outstanding success to: her passion for the industry; her commitment to client service; and her detailed knowledge of real estate in the Western Suburbs.
Success is important to Liza and her views on how to achieve this are clear:
- Deeply understand what your clients want … that means really listening to what they are trying to tell you.
- Provide honest advice based on experience … whilst being aware that every situation is different.
- Use creative marketing for its proper purpose … that is to attract the right buyer for your property.
