Cathy Lammie, husband Andrew, children Lachie and Alex are long term Fig Tree Pocket Residents. The Lammie family have lived in Mandalay Street for several years and have recently purchased a block of land in the area to build their new home.
Cathy has a unique and long standing relationship with the local community and its residents and this is evident in her work. Lachie and Alex attended the Fig Tree Pocket Day Care, Gan Gani Kindergarten, Fig Tree Pocket Pre-School and Fig Tree Pocket State School. Cathy is heavily involved in school and local community activities and fully understands the issues, challenges and benefits of being a Inner Western suburbs resident.
Cathy entered the real estate industry in 2003. Peers and clients alike have remarked that the unmistakeable honesty in her work sets her apart and has been a magnet for repeat business.
Her no-nonsense down to earth approach, her local reputation and her genuine interest and knowledge for the area saw her career successes fast-track to the point where she won an Award for Excellence at the REIQ annual awards in 2004. Cathy is regularly featured in the RE/MAX Top 20 Individuals in Australia and was recently acknowledged for her standout performance ranked no.38 in RE/MAX Top 100 Individual agents Internationally (as at June 2006). This is a grand achievement given RE/MAX has more than 120,000 salespeople working out of 6522 offices in 65 countries.
In early 2005, Cathy joined the RE/MAX Property Centre Team at Toowong to further advance her career and in turn better assist her clients. “At RE/MAX I have a far greater degree of flexibility on how I run my business to better suit the needs of my clients. “The resources RE/MAX makes available to me, and therefore my buyers and sellers, are just second to none” said Cathy.
Cathy is a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent with a broad range of industry experience and knowledge to offer her clients. She continues to market and sell property across Brisbane with a particular emphasis on the Western Suburbs.
