Profile:
Brad entered the real estate industry in 1986 as a hotel broker. In the late 80's and early 90's he worked in commercial real estate before finding his niche in residential real estate sales when he joined the Ray White group in 1991. There he became a 'Top 10' agent in Queensland before being seconded to a head office role with that group taking on a business development and training role.
Brad and his wife Jo-Anne established RE/MAX Property Centre in Toowong in 1997. He is the longest serving member of the RE/MAX group in Australia and has guided his office to numerous awards including national Number.1. status. He has been recognised for outstanding service to the RE/MAX group as a recipient of the prestigious 'Gail Liniger Award' (Gail is co-founder of RE/MAX).
RE/MAX Property Centre is now recognised as a clear leader in its marketplace and Brad puts the credit for this squarely on the shoulders on the exceptional team that work with his office. He is particularly proud of his record in being able to attract and retain good people (to the benefit of clients) having never lost a salesperson voluntarily to a another local real estate office in over 10 years - somewhat of a 'record' in the notoriously volatile real estate industry!
Brad has been passionate about raising the professionalism of the real estate industry and the public's perception of it. He is 'hands on' in his business ensuring his team has the very best support and environment with which to deliver a very high standard of service to clients and therefore generating premium results. |
